Bristol F.2

The F.2 was designed by Frank Barnwell, a British aircraft designer. Despite being a two-seater aircraft, this biplane was very maneuverable and had a very robust design that allowed it to match the German fighers in combat. It sported two .303 Vickers machine-guns under the engine cowling to prevent freezing as well as a .303 Lewis gun on the upper wing over the rear seat. The Vickers machine-guns could fire through the propeller disc with the aid of synchronization gears.
